At Examstatic, we offer digital downloads, test preparation resources, and Premium program upgrades. All users are advised to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Strict Non‑Refundable Premium Program

Examstatic maintains a strict no‑refund policy for its Premium Program and all related services. Students are strongly advised to make a well‑considered and informed decision before enrolling in Premium, as payments once made cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Note: Premium access is a digital service. Once activated, it is considered delivered and fully consumed.

2. Digital Products — No Refunds

All Examstatic offerings, including downloadable study materials, mock exams, e‑books, and digital content, are categorized as non‑returnable digital goods. Therefore:

  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted after purchase.
  • Once the digital product is delivered or the Premium upgrade is activated, the sale is final.

3. Payment Gateway Issues

If you face any technical errors, failed transactions, duplicate payments, or other payment‑side issues during checkout, these must be taken up directly with your Payment Gateway provider (e.g., Razorpay Support) or bank.

We will assist with verification of transaction status when required, but the resolution and refund of failed transactions (if applicable) are handled solely by the gateway/banking authority.
