Thank you for choosing [Your Company Name]. Our primary business is the sale of digital products — there are no physical products available for purchase on our site by default. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery and occasional physical shipments (if any) so you know what to expect.

1. Digital Products (No Shipping Required)

All products listed for sale on our website are digital in nature (for example: software downloads, e-books, templates, audio/video files, licenses, online courses, or other downloadable content). For these products:

  • There is no physical shipping required.
  • Delivery is instant or within a few minutes after payment is processed — you will receive access via an email containing download links, license keys, or account access instructions.
  • If an automated delivery email does not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us (details below).

2. Rare Physical Shipments (If Applicable)

On rare occasions we may offer an optional physical item (for example: printed certificates, promotional materials, or bundled physical goods). If you purchase an order that includes a physical item, the following applies:

  • Processing time: We will prepare and ship the physical item within 24 hours of your payment being processed (business days).
  • Delivery timeframe: Physical shipments will be delivered within 10 calendar days from the shipping date for domestic orders. International delivery may take longer due to customs and local carrier handling.

Note: Processing and delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing (for international shipments), incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
